Fax: (915) 369-2126
Email: sheriff@hudspethsheriff.org
Mail: P.O. Box 39, Sierra Blanca, TX 79851

Official sources disagree on the street address. The county directory says 525 Brown Street, while the sheriff contact page identifies 525 North Wilson for UPS/FedEx. Call before visiting or sending a courier.
The right office or guide depends on what happened after Hudspeth custody:
- For a county release record or a named-person search, start with the Sheriff’s Office and use the home-page search and records-request guide.
- For a same-day check, the 24-Hour Release List explains the official-feed gap and the records-request fallback.
- For an expected date or release alert, consult the Projected Release Date and Texas IVSS inmate-check guides in the footer.
- For a person held at a specific site, choose the appropriate detention-facility page in the footer.
- For a criminal case or disposition, contact the County and District Clerk: Brenda Sanchez, P.O. Box 58, Sierra Blanca, TX 79851, (915) 369-2301. The courthouse is at 109 Millican Street; weekday hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., closed noon to 1:00 p.m.
- For local court probation, contact Hudspeth Adult Probation at P.O. Box 266, Van Horn, TX 79855, (432) 283-2615.
- For TDCJ parole routing, the county cross-reference points to El Paso District Parole Office, Region V. El Paso I is at 13 Founders Boulevard, (915) 778-4233; El Paso II is at 15581 Horizon Boulevard, Horizon City, (915) 852-7219. Call with the TDCJ or SID number because the directory does not assign every person to one location.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, contact TDCJ at P.O. Box 99, Huntsville, TX 77342-0099 or (936) 295-6371 and use the official offender-information routes.
- For a federal prisoner or immigration detainee, use the responsible BOP or ICE locator. A transfer from the Hudspeth jail is not a community release.
